A bold and impactful brand identity promoting a new, highly visible, and modern office building in Manhattan, located at the intersection of Tribeca, SoHo, and Hudson Square. Brand identity system is grounded by an executive navy blue with electric yellow accents, combined with a bold, vertically-oriented typeface. Design appeals to a corporate audience, showing how the building’s design functions like a stage to showcase a prospective tenant’s brand. Inspired by the linearity of the building’s architecture, the design activates line to guide and direct the viewer’s attention, highlighting key features and amenities of the building and its surrounding location. Marketing kit included an ebrochure, a website, brand guidelines for OOH advertising, and printed signage for a marketing center.
