Moscone Convention Center, San Francisco, CA – 2023
Akamai increased its sponsorship for RSA 2023, choosing a much larger and more prominently located booth to showcase the brand and products. Partnering with Czarnowski, the creative team proposed the largest digital platform Akamai had ever exhibited at a conference. This unprecedented digital real estate included two adjoining sides of a two-story tower and a floor to ceiling ribbon wall wrapping around the booth, all clad in seamless LED. Facing the main aisle, a densely packed program of dynamic video content, including commercials, stats, metrics, testimonials, and leader board stats, played on a loop to thousands of attendees. Feedback from Akamai leadership was overwhelmingly positive, siting the booth experience as one of the best in the company’s history.

Brand Activated Gamification
To attract attendees to the booth, we partnered with Czarnowski to build a video game for attendees to play, win an Xbox, and learn more about Akamai’s products and services. High scores were continually updated and displayed on the leader board, prominently shown on one side of the LED tower. Two game stations were placed on opposite sides of the booth so more than one attendee could play at a time.
