The creation of a luxury brand for a retail space on Madison Avenue, one of the most storied commercial streets in the world. Directed, designed, and produced a brand identity system promoting this luxury retail space for the competitive, commercial real estate market in Manhattan. The resultant marketing materials brought this legacy to life in a fresh and sophisticated way. Centered around a mint green color, the brand evoked a chic aesthetic while maintaining a modernist look and feel. Marketing kit featured a premium printed guide, brand guidelines for OOH advertising, a website, and an ebrochure.

The hardcover brochure was produced by Push Print, a premium, bespoke printer based in London, England. Whereas the printed brochure was tailored to an exclusive audience, a retail opportunity like New York’s Madison Avenue needed a broader appeal as well. An ebrochure was created to reach that wider audience, with an attention to preserving many of the premium, high touch qualities of the printed version.
